I had looked at another company prior to finding Luxury Staircase Railings but was not comfortable with how they wanted me to send a 65% deposit based on photos I sent them before they would come out and do measurements or I getting to see anyone face to face. Ross was completely different. He went the extra mile to make sure that I was comfortable and even helped me decide on glass that was less expensive that the one I thought i needed based on the last companies recommendations. Job well done! I will definitely use them again and highly recommend Luxury Staircase Railings! 👍🏽

I was in a pinch when my only resource for a custom railing fell through. I reached out to a designer who recommended I look up Luxury Staircase Rail. I’m glad I did. Our company is a local GC and we are getting more and more projects that involve nicer material and more designer style looks. Not only did they answer my call and get back to me with a quote but they had the material in stock and were able to install it on schedule and on budget.
