I had looked at another company prior to finding Luxury Staircase Railings but was not comfortable with how they wanted me to send a 65% deposit based on photos I sent them before they would come out and do measurements or I getting to see anyone face to face. Ross was completely different. He went the extra mile to make sure that I was comfortable and even helped me decide on glass that was less expensive that the one I thought i needed based on the last companies recommendations. Our company is a local GC and we are getting more and more projects that involve nicer material and more designer style looks.
