They service and cater to you as if you are their biggest client but maybe really their smallest, but to my point you get concierge highest service no matter what. I was in a pinch when my only resource for a custom railing fell through. I reached out to a designer who recommended I look up Luxury Staircase Rail. I’m glad I did. Our company is a local GC and we are getting more and more projects that involve nicer material and more designer style looks. Not only did they answer my call and get back to me with a quote but they had the material in stock and were able to install it on schedule and on budget. I thought I was getting installers. Instead, I got amazing craftsman. Each piece of the stairway railing was individually measured, cut/created onsite, and installed. Carpenters were summoned to add material to reinforce the railings. All were true masters at their trade..

Luxury Staircase Railings made a staircase exactly what I wanted. It is a Chippendale railing with many small pieces and was made perfectly. The craftsman that actually made it are true artists. I am extremely happy.

Luxury Staircase Railings not only transition boring stairs into a master piece, but they also build custom wine cooler. I had a boring wall and wanted to transition into something really eye-catching. This is so beautiful and I can't imagine not having this in the home now. I would def recommend for any home upgrades.
