Ross, the owner, treats all clients and conducts business like they do with family. They service and cater to you as if you are their biggest client but maybe really their smallest, but to my point you get concierge highest service no matter what. Ross and his crew did an amazing job with our stairs. I couldn't be happier with how this project turned out. The guys were prompt, very neat and obviously very skilled. I had looked at another company prior to finding Luxury Staircase Railings but was not comfortable with how they wanted me to send a 65% deposit based on photos I sent them before they would come out and do measurements or I getting to see anyone face to face. Ross was completely different. He went the extra mile to make sure that I was comfortable and even helped me decide on glass that was less expensive that the one I thought i needed based on the last companies recommendations. Job well done! I will definitely use them again and highly recommend Luxury Staircase Railings! 👍🏽
