I was in a pinch when my only resource for a custom railing fell through. I reached out to a designer who recommended I look up Luxury Staircase Rail. I’m glad I did. Our company is a local GC and we are getting more and more projects that involve nicer material and more designer style looks. Not only did they answer my call and get back to me with a quote but they had the material in stock and were able to install it on schedule and on budget. I thought I was getting installers. Instead, I got amazing craftsman. Each piece of the stairway railing was individually measured, cut/created onsite, and installed. Carpenters were summoned to add material to reinforce the railings. All were true masters at their trade..

I thought I was getting installers. Instead, I got amazing craftsman. Each piece of the stairway railing was individually measured, cut/created onsite, and installed. Carpenters were summoned to add material to reinforce the railings. All were true masters at their trade..
Finally a project where the timeline is met! Even though we had some major changes we wanted made, Ross came in on budget and on time! Very easy to work with and the final product is outstanding. We could not be happier with our more contemporary look! Highly recommend!
