I had looked at another company prior to finding Luxury Staircase Railings but was not comfortable with how they wanted me to send a 65% deposit based on photos I sent them before they would come out and do measurements or I getting to see anyone face to face. I thought I was getting installers. Instead, I got amazing craftsman. Each piece of the stairway railing was individually measured, cut/created onsite, and installed. Carpenters were summoned to add material to reinforce the railings. All were true masters at their trade..

Finally a project where the timeline is met! Even though we had some major changes we wanted made, Ross came in on budget and on time! Very easy to work with and the final product is outstanding. We could not be happier with our more contemporary look! Highly recommend!
