Ross, the owner, treats all clients and conducts business like they do with family. They service and cater to you as if you are their biggest client but maybe really their smallest, but to my point you get concierge highest service no matter what. I had looked at another company prior to finding Luxury Staircase Railings but was not comfortable with how they wanted me to send a 65% deposit based on photos I sent them before they would come out and do measurements or I getting to see anyone face to face. Ross was completely different. He went the extra mile to make sure that I was comfortable and even helped me decide on glass that was less expensive that the one I thought i needed based on the last companies recommendations. We started with a staircase that we just hated, in a home that needed a lot of TLC and vision. We contacted Luxury Staircase Railings, like one of several in our area.
Most didn’t even return our calls. However when we received a call back fro Ross at LSR, I knew straight away that this was going to be our choice.

I thought I was getting installers. Instead, I got amazing craftsman. Each piece of the stairway railing was individually measured, cut/created onsite, and installed. Carpenters were summoned to add material to reinforce the railings. All were true masters at their trade..
