I had looked at another company prior to finding Luxury Staircase Railings but was not comfortable with how they wanted me to send a 65% deposit based on photos I sent them before they would come out and do measurements or I getting to see anyone face to face. Ross was completely different. He went the extra mile to make sure that I was comfortable and even helped me decide on glass that was less expensive that the one I thought i needed based on the last companies recommendations. We started with a staircase that we just hated, in a home that needed a lot of TLC and vision. We contacted Luxury Staircase Railings, like one of several in our area.

I thought I was getting installers. Instead, I got amazing craftsman. Each piece of the stairway railing was individually measured, cut/created onsite, and installed. Carpenters were summoned to add material to reinforce the railings. All were true masters at their trade..
