They service and cater to you as if you are their biggest client but maybe really their smallest, but to my point you get concierge highest service no matter what. I had looked at another company prior to finding Luxury Staircase Railings but was not comfortable with how they wanted me to send a 65% deposit based on photos I sent them before they would come out and do measurements or I getting to see anyone face to face. Ross was completely different. He went the extra mile to make sure that I was comfortable and even helped me decide on glass that was less expensive that the one I thought i needed based on the last companies recommendations. Job well done! I will definitely use them again and highly recommend Luxury Staircase Railings! 👍🏽

After getting the request laughed at by many, Luxury Staircase Railings came to my rescue. Ramon got here early the day of the job to begin disassembly. Ross and his company are the only people that called me back out of 4. He took a little job adding two handrails to our existing staircase. The brass is a perfect match to our 1986 handrails. Ross and his company are the only people that called me back out of 4. He took a little job adding two handrails to our existing staircase. The brass is a perfect match to our 1986 handrails. I thought I was getting installers. Instead, I got amazing craftsman. Each piece of the stairway railing was individually measured, cut/created onsite, and installed. Carpenters were summoned to add material to reinforce the railings. All were true masters at their trade..
